Oct 23, 2008 - Selection of Williamsport Manager

1.  The Executive Board will select the Williamsport Manager.

2.  The selection of the Williamsport Manager will be made as early as possible.

3.      The Executive Board will be guided by such factors as, but will not be limited to:

      a.  The ability of the manager to be a good role model to children;

b.  The ability of the manager to demonstrate and teach good sportsmanship to the players;

c.  The ability of the manager to show respect and fairness on the playing field;

d.  The manager’s knowledge of the game of baseball and the teaching skills of the manager to impart that knowledge to the players;

e.  The manager’s cooperation and communication with League officials

f.  The manager’s personal commitment of time and effort to the success of the HTV teams in the summer tournaments.

4.  The Executive Board reserves the right without question to replace any tournament manager at any time.

5.  The decision of the Executive Board is final.
